It was six in the evening and I hated to admit that infuriating sound didn't bother me one bit.

The tap tap tap sound of her typing on her laptop was more soothing than I'd like to admit. Sometimes... Often, I'd look up to see her sitting cross-legged on the rug in a corner of my office, typing away on the computer.

Why was she sitting on the floor of my office?

Why was she even in my office in the first place?

I wanted to test out her typing speed and accuracy and gave her a fifty paged word document to retype, in my presence, because I didn't doubt that she could smother someone into doing it for her.

She took the challenge without complain and i had told her to sit. To make herself comfortable, and by that, I meant that she should make herself comfortable on one of the plush couches in the lounge of my office.
