Katherine was just getting out of the shower when Aiden got to the room. She had a towel wrapped around her body, and her hair was up in a messy bun.

"The water felt so good. I almost didn't want to come out," she admitted.

"I'm glad you liked it," Aiden replied.

"How did it go with the guys?" Kat asked.

"I threw them out."

"I'm sorry things didn't go the way you planned, I know you wanted me to get to know your friends better," Kat replied as she gave him a hug.

Aiden's nose flared as he involuntarily closed his eyes and took in Katherine's sweet essence.

"It's okay," he said as he pulled away and gave her a little kiss on the cheek. "Everything happens for a reason."

"Yes, that is true."

"I'm gonna grab a quick shower before going to bed," he told her.

"Okay," Kat nodded and smiled.

While Aiden was in the shower, Kat began to get dressed. She put on a matching red cotton pajamas set that stopped at her thighs. She was a bit nervous, even though she was looking forward to
