Husband's POV:

I must confess Ify is the most adorable lady I've ever known and that's why I married her.

She's a blessing. Just after I got married to her I got promoted at work. A promotion that I've been waiting for quite some time now.

At least now I understand why the bible says he who finds a wife, finds a good thing and obtain favor from the Lord (Prov 18:22).

She's everything a man wants in a woman. I met her during our love feast in church, she was in the hospitality unit while I was a choir master in church. I didn't know she had eyes on me anytime I went on the altar to minister, until that day God brought us together.

That day, Pastor said get a partner to pray with, I ignored my neighbor who was sleeping beside me and looked round the whole congregation looking for someone to hold, just then I sighted the damsel, she too was looking for who to hold hands with, that was how we started.

I didn't even know that she had heard my naūghty chats with my friends about me not being interested in v!rgin girls. She told me every truth about herself except this. When she confessed that she was a v!rgin, I doubted her sincerity but when I checked properly, I discovered she was saying the truth.

I know I never wanted a v!rgin for a wife but somehow it made me love her and cherish her the more. It was my pride as being the first man to enter paradise as my mom said.

I was scared and didn't want to f0rce her, ‘cause I've never dealt with a vir-gin before. Otherwise, forget all the attitude she's doing, she would have had me to put up with.

I slept like a baby today, I haven't had love for quite a long time since I gave my life to Christ fully.

She's improved and I owe her one for this. I made her tea on bed the next morning. My sleeping beauty.

I stood for a moment, admiring her. She woke up and said Good morning before I could even talk. "hope you slept well?" she asked. Well, of course I did, who wouldn't after last night.

After that night other days were history. I was now enjoying the joy of marriage. I taught her a whole lot of styles. I enjoyed the most because she now even lures me into it.

Sometimes she'd use it to get something from me, and yes, I'd give her what ever she wants.

Weeks later, she went to the hospital and came back home smiling, handing me an envelope. I didn't need a seer to tell me that she was already pregnant. I was so overwhelmed. I carried her and swirled her around. "Put me down put me down!" she laughed. Finally our first fruit is on the way! Soon I'm going to be called a father!

My home was blessed. I called my mom and told her about it.

"Sharp shooter! That's my son! odogwu himself" my mom started praising me.

"Mama stop biko, it's okay" I said. "it is not okay, let me celebrate" she laughed and I chuckled too.

"How's my daughter-in-law doing?" she asked. "ah, mama that one, she's fine oh" I replied.

I watched my Ify change gradually, her bræst popped out. She began to gain weight. But my problem was the excessive demand for things. Ifeoma will wake me up by 12 midnight, demanding for unbelievable combination of food like fufu and akara  mixed together. It was getting me annoyed but what can I do, after all it was me who put her inside.

On one fateful night, she woke me up and demanded for s-x. Really???  We’ve had it several times today, But no wahala. I gave her what she wanted.

I was already tired but I tried to man up until she said she was okay. "Baby you see the way you asked for it and I gave u without complaining, that is how it should be in my own case" I said, feeling like a the champion. "okay I hear you, thank you. Oya rest small" she said. I tried to figure out what she meant by "rest small", but I just ignored it and went back to sleep. 1 hour later, she woke me up again. "baby I'm not satisfied, I need more.

Give me that style that you carry my leg up" she said. "Ify do you want to injure the baby in the womb?" I asked her. "No baby, nothing will happen to the baby, even if we go all night" she replied. I'm trying to regain my strength for the one I've done and she's asking me for another one. God Abeg o!
