A PROMISE

"Father..."The word leaves my mouth.I stand there rooted on my place.All the colord drain from my face.

My father is here,in front of my eyes looking intently at me.A soft howl leaves his throat as he sways his tail and begin to take slow and steady steps in my direction.

Nostalgia hit my nerves.I am finally reunited with my father who paid for my impulsiveness and rebellious nature.

He stops in front of me and begin to sniff and taking a round to inspect me.

"Shift Dad."I request craving to feel his hands caressing my head like old times.

He whins and turn his head to other side.Why is he not ready to face me in his human form,he even blocks me to mind link with him.

"Please Dad...I..need to..see..you.At least..talk to me."I beg in a low voice.

He looks at me with a sore dullness in his eyes and lowers his head in front of me.I bend on my knees and hug his wolf form who begin to rub his snout and lick my face in affection.

I finally loose the last thread of my patience
