Amara’s POV

"I need to find her. I swear to God, if this is one of Calista's evil doings, I'll rip her body apart and feed it to vultures, along with Kail's body too."

I looked around me. I was so tired, so I took the water bottle I bought from the human town and drank. Gosh, I haven't eaten for a few days now. "What the hell am I supposed to do now?"

I walked through the forest alone. I knew there was danger around me, not just Ereka, but many creatures in these woods. I have encountered tiny pixies, fae-like creatures (who aren't actually fae but evil), and even some baby trolls on the way, explaining the scratches on my beautiful face.

I heard a twig snap. It's night time, not to mention a full moon night. Just my luck. The sound of howling filled the air, sending shivers down my body. I wrapped my arms around myself. I was cold and exhausted. There's no way I can fight off a wolf or a rogue. I'm in unclaimed territory.
