“You have a secret basement in this house, and I never got to know about it," Dylan asked as I opened the door to the basement.

“That is why it is called a secret basement, Dylan; it is for a reason, and not just anyone is supposed to know,” I said as we walked to the room. I didn’t have anything to hide, but I did have a few guns that belonged to my late grandfather, who loved hunting.

“Do you even know how to use that?” He asked as he pointed at the guns, and I chuckled.

“I don’t have to know to own them but don’t worry, I fight and I don’t use guns; these were my grandfather’s; I am not here to use them, though; I just wanted to show you a plan I have; how long has it been since we last fought with your pack?” I asked just to be sure, and Dylan shook his head thoughtfully.

“I don’t know… maybe three months…two… I don’t recall, what does that have to do with anything though?” He asked as he perused through the notebook.
