Leonor tried calling him over and over again after he had sent that text but he didn't pick up; it seemed like he was ghosting her now. She angrily dropped her phone on the bed and sat there holding in all the anger, pain, and emotions that came back to her all at once.

Leonor paced back and forth in her room, fuming with anger. She had to find a way to leave, but how? Armando was always so controlling; it was suffocating. She sat on her bed, trying to think of a plan.

Downstairs, Armando was trying to shake off the unsettling feeling from the letter. He knew it was a warning, but from whom? It could be any of his rivals. Or it could be the one who had entered the mansion even with its tight security. He brought out his phone and took a picture of the letter, sending it to Max, Luca, and Lorenzo.
