Chapter 27

Third Person's Perspective

The sun is already shining outside the window. Liri and Conrad's wedding will begin precisely one hour from now.

Several knocks from the door woke Artemis from her slumber. She was tired from last night's activities. Sin didn't stop until he satiated, but he wasn't satiable.

They might be able to do that multiple times every night, but the fact is still up that he'd still want Artemis over and over again.

"My lady." A low tone called to her from outside the door. Artemis opened her eyes.

Artemis gently removed Sin's hand that was wrapped around her naked body, but before she could entirely free herself from him. Sin opened his eyes.

"Where are you going?" He asked, lifting his head from the soft pillow. Sin looked for the clock and found it hanging on the right side of the bedroom wall.

"It's just nine in the morning. Let's stay here for a while," Sin murmured and buried his face in her neck. Even if Artemis wants to do what Sin says, she can't.
