"Sorry, I'm late." Gonzalo entered the room and my lips parted. "Has the discussion already started?" He sat beside Ralphina before he glanced and smiled at me as he winked.

Fenris just lowkey glared at him.

"It was just about to start, alpha Gonzalo," Ralphina uttered.

Gonzalo looked at Alpha Leo and bowed his head with respect. "My apologies for the delay."

"You're just right on time." Alpha Leo glanced at me as if saying that I shouldn't disclose what we talked about, not even to Fenris.

Then two other alphas entered the room and apologized for being late. So it was an Alphas meeting. I couldn't cope up, why was I even here? I didn't think I was supposed to be here.

When all had finally sat down on their own chairs, we just looked at each other's eyes while the silence was causing a loud thumping on my chest. It was like there was a roaring tension in the room.

I looked at Fenris and he was just staring at me as if trying to read what was on my mind.

Surprisingly, no Dark Summoners attempted to attack us. I was quite anticipating the action now, but perhaps it really was better for them not to attack or anything.
