Chapter Eighty Six: Forced Proposal

Gwen stared at him in shock. “You are lying.”

“I might be many things, my dear, but I will never lie to you.” he sat by the edge of her bed. “I sent him on a mission to bring the Abomination to me. That was what he was doing at first, but his plans changed when he realized you were the Abomination. I don’t blame him though. I would have done the same myself.”

Gwen touched a hand to her chest, hyperventilating. He was lying. He had to be. Tyron wasn’t the type who would play her like that.

But the more she thought about it, the more the idea seemed plausible. He had never mentioned who his father was, only that he was part of the elite in this realm. He had also said that his father sent him in search for something, which he later claimed to be the abomination. According to him, his “father” was determined to work with the abomination in order to bring down the supreme lord of the Enu realm.
