Once I had gotten ready for the day, I met Sebastian on his even bigger balcony for breakfast, his balcony held an even better view of the sea than what I’d seen if that was even possible. The table that sat in the middle was decked with beautiful gold statues and roses, even the plates we ate on was so fancy, I worried my fork would crack them if I pressed too hard.

After breakfast, I was led down to the lobby by Sebastian where I was able to meet his Beta Fletcher, a man I had met before when he stood at the door of the hospital room, I had found myself in. Even though when you first approach him, he looks intimidating and scary, he was the very opposite when he began to speak so kindly to me and even stood beside me on the first appointment Sebastian had to attend with an Alpha.

Being in the presence of one when my own used to beat me, I couldn’t stop my hands from shaking which Fletcher saw and soon gave me an encouraging smile. After the meeting, we headed to a costal part

Sebastian could only run his hand through my hair as he listened to my story, I could see and sense how angry he became each time another horrifying truth was revealed but at the same time, he could see how me recounting the story was bringing up so many of those past emotions and kept pushing his anger down. Even though it was extremely hard sitting down and reliving each moment, it was the first time I was able to tell my side of the story and in some way, it was as though this heavy weight I had been carrying was somewhat easing. So, taking in yet another deep breath to calm my racing heart, I continued. “T-that night, a pack m-meeting was called by the Alpha w-where he explained to his pack members t-that Duncan and I were caught in the act by m-my brother and to get myself out of trouble, I-I claimed Duncan raped me. D-due to this, Tristan was hailed a traitor and I-I was labelled a dirty slut w-who lied and caused the p-pack to lose their next Alpha.” I explained the rest o

After I had somewhat explained why my lips had remained sealed for so many years but also, not explaining it, I see Sebastian continuing to silently study my face as though he was going to find all of the answers he needed. While I continued to shake uncontrollably, my eyes going to the notebook which had been my voice since I arrived here than back to Sebastian’s eyes. “From the information that I was able to gather from our visit to Alpha Ed’s pack yesterday, I will assume your brother is the individual named Tristan?” Sebastian asked after taking a moment to study my face more, where I could only look back at him, tears streaming down my face but offering him a nod of my head, so he knew his assumption was correct. “My next question is why Alpha Stephen would wish to kill your brother for the simple fact of you speaking?” He asked seeming to pause to truly take time to pick the words he used carefully, but it was this question which allowed even more tears to flow and led me t

Within minutes of Sebastian pulling me from the cliff and the unexpected kiss that I had initiated, Sebastian wasted no time carrying me into the palace and up into the bedroom I had been staying in since the Gamma attacked me and destroyed the old one. Even though each time he would ask me if I was okay, I’d nod yes, the moment the doors to the bedroom opened, I’m placed to sit on one of the chairs off to the side of the room where he proceeded to check me for any injures. My body continued to shake from fear as the image of me hanging helplessly played on a continuous loop in my mind, which I could see troubled Sebastian further. “I do not see any visible injuries but if you are in pain, I can have the doctor visit.” Sebastian spoke once he had checked my arms, hands and face for any signs of scarps, the only sign I had been dangling from the cliff was the red marks which sat on my hands, but they weren’t anything alarming. Moving my shaky hands over to retrieve the pen that

The wind instantly, took my breath away as I fully felt my feet leave the cliff and began to tumble downwards, a scream leaving my lips but my hands reaching out forward as though it was going to grasp something to save us. On our descent, my hands grasp something sticking out of one of the rocks and in that second, the will to live was never so strong in my life and throwing myself forward, I grasp whatever it was with both hands and hang onto it for dear life. I instantly, smashed into the rock of the cliff but in that moment, I didn’t care, I had stopped myself from falling. But I knew I wasn’t the only person who had fallen from that cliff, so taking a look down where I had nearly fell and could very well follow if I let go, I watch as Justin, continued to fall downwards, spinning multiple times until he finally, lands at the bottom of the jagged rocks. Lifting my head away before I saw anything, I began to weep uncontrollably. “Help, somebody please help me.” My sore and

As like Sebastian had said, we soon sat on his balcony getting to eat the most amazing food, each plate that seems to arrive in front of me smells better than the last. But as always, I tend to only eat half while Sebastian’s eats two helpings, due to the lack of food I was allowed back at Alpha Stephen’s pack, I tend to grow full after the third bite. Sebastian kept reassuring me that the more food I begun to eat, the more my body will allow me to. Once we had completed breakfast, I’m once again led through the beautiful palace which seems to only grow in beauty each time I’m allowed to wonder. Many maids and butlers walked up and down all seeming to have different tasks to fulfil but none forgetting to stop and bow their heads at Sebastian as we walked by. As we turned down a final corridor of the elegant hallway, the man which had burst through the bedroom this morning stood with three other men, while Fletcher stood the other side watching the men with an annoyed expression.

After I had calmed down in Alpha Ed’s office, Sebastian led me out of the pack house and towards the expensive cars that had been waiting patiently for our return. I didn’t know if Sebastian had ordered him not to or he was still processing what he had worked out in the office, but as we walked through the halls, I didn’t catch sight of Alpha Ed even once. I couldn’t help but feel so guilty, he was simply wanting to know why my family and I, who had been frequent visitors of his pack for so many years just stopped showing out of the blue. But it was the way he seemed to know exactly what I was thinking that scared me, half the time I don’t know what’s going on in my own head after that day, so having him walk through the darkness to try and make sense of it terrified me. As soon as I got the chance, I planned to write him a letter apologising for what happened and finally, explain some of the things he was figuring out in that office, so he knew the full story. I was planning to
