Chapter 5: You Are the One for Me

Victoria gasped as she bit her lower lip. “How can it be?”

I kissed her lips and caressed her body to ease her pain. Then I sucked her mound, and she gasped. Victoria wriggled her body and gasped again as if she should feel my rigid rod inside her wet cave. 

“Constantine ….” She whispered. “H-how can this be? W-we have already done it countless times.”

“We will discuss it later. Meanwhile, stop talking. Let me give you pleasure.” 

Then I played with her other mound, and Victoria closed her eyes. 

“Constantine, you are naughty.”

Saying nothing, I gently moved and pulled my manhood. Then I pushed inside. Victoria gasped, and she locked her feet on my waist.

Then I rolled to the side and hugged Victoria as we calmed ourselves. Then, rubbing her back and kissing her forehead, I snuggled her head to my chest. 

“I miss you, Constantine. The Highest One may pity us, so He gave us a second chance.”

I kissed her lips. I didn’t know what I should say, but one thing was sure. Here and now, Victoria is the woman I want, not Lisa or anyone else.

“Victoria, I can’t promise you anything.”

She smiled and shook her head, though her smile was rather sad in my eyes. “I ask nothing. Meeting you again is more than I can ask.” Then she sighed. “Though I don’t understand, how could I still be a virgin?” She bit her lower lip. “Well, not anymore now.”

I thought about it too. Victoria had no marking on her neck. She was also a virgin before I took her virginity. If I didn’t have any visions in my mind, I would think she lied to me. Then suddenly, I remembered something. 

“You said that we met in the past life.”

“Yes, it’s true.”

“So, what is your name now?”

“Anna Warren. I’m the Omega of your pack.”

“Hmm … I wonder ….”

“What?” Her eyebrows raised. 

“You don’t have my marking either. But I had seen a vision; we had marked each other.” Then I added, “I have a theory that may be because you are in another body—in Anna Warren’s body, not yours. So, the marking isn’t there. Also, you were still a virgin.”

Victoria nodded. “Maybe. I was shocked to feel the sharp pain. It reminded me …..” Her voice stopped immediately.

“It reminded you of what?”

“Of my past life.” She didn’t want to look into my eyes. “I don’t know if you remember when I told you this. I was a human before. But a vampire raped me and turned me into a vampire. It happened before I met you.”

“He hurt you so much.”

Victoria said nothing. Then, when I thought she wouldn’t reply, she whispered, “Yes. He took my life.”

“I am sorry, Victoria.”

“It’s not your fault.”

I kissed her forehead. “If I knew, I wouldn’t have sex with you just now.”

She smiled a little. “It’s not your fault. Besides, I want to do it with you.”

I tightened my embrace as I caressed her back. With so many discoveries of my past life, I could no longer continue the marking ceremony with Lisa. No matter if I hadn’t marked Victoria in my current life, I know she is my mate. It would make anything complicated, as the Hurricane Dawn Pack wouldn’t take it easy. 

Our pack is rich, and I had no problem paying compensation, as they would ask later. But the problem was more significant than that. We had announced that Lisa and I would mark each other. The Shadow’s family wouldn’t accept the humiliation lightly. 

Then I recalled Bill Shadow. “What did Bill Shadow talk with you about? Why did he come to see you?”

Victoria shook her head. “Remember what I said about a vampire who raped me in the past life?”

“Yes.”

“Bill Shadow was the vampire.”

It was so unexpected. “So, he came to my room to warn you?”

“No …. I think he wanted to rape me again.” Victoria’s voice was hoarse. “But you came on time and saved me without you knowing.”

“I will protect you from now. You are my woman.”

Victoria sat and straightened her body. She stared at me. “So, do you remember me?” Her voice and her eyes were full of hope. 

“Sadly, only a glimpse of the sudden memories flashed in my mind.” I grabbed her body again, asking her to lie with me again. 

She let out a sigh and lay down again. “It’s okay. It’s better rather than you don’t remember me at all.” 

Victoria said nothing for a few minutes until I thought she had been asleep. Then, when I closed my eyes to sleep too, her following words made me open my eyes instantly.

“You called me your mistress in the field. Why?”

“Nothing since it’s the only thing I could think of. Alpha Fred might understand your action if you were my mistress. Also, it would explain how I wanted to punish you myself in my room.” I kissed her lips. “I did it to protect you since though I haven’t fully remembered you, I know you are the one for me.”
