ANGEL'S POV

I walked into the room after dashing out to go get some warm water, and there was Adele standing right in front of me, looking dazed. I didn't know how to react at the moment, they was a mix of relief, worry and confusion I'm my face. She stood staring at me like I was some weird looking creature which she had never seen before, I blinked briefly upon realizing she earlier had a drip fixed on her. She didn't actually pull that out, did she? I asked myself as I looked down to her wrist. They only was a little bandage which stuck right on her wrist and a little amount of blood plastered up on it. I frowned my face in worry as I made an attempt to walk closer to her.

“You are up?” I managed to voice out as I walked closer to her.

“Why did you take that out?” I asked further as I put down the bowl on the wooden stool beside me. I looked down at her hands and was gonna walk closer to her and take her hands into mine but she took hasty steps backwards as she kept her gaze bewi
