No one deserves to be in this kind of situation. Whatever was around my wrists and ankles gleamed silver. I could practically hear my skin sizzle from the metal around it. My skin was on fire, and it felt like a boulder was sitting on my chest. Every breath I took shot more pain to my hazed brain. Everything twisted and warped.

The cave was dark, I couldn’t actually see anything. Hard to see with one bloody eye.

I opened my eyes, trying to get rid of the blood by shaking my head. It only made my vision more blurry. The wound on the right side of my head pulsates, the blood oozing. “Shit.” I shut my eyes, trying to not think about the piercing and throbbing ache. I tried to move and couldn’t. More pain lashed up my ribs when I tried to stretch my arms.

My wrists stung the most, and I couldn’t move my hands. Or my feet.

Harsh breaths wheezed in and out of my nose, trying to fill my lungs.
