CHAPTER FORTY-NINE.

CATANIA’S POV.

I have been hearing a gentle voice in my sleep for a while now. My eyes snap open, but I quickly shut them close when harsh rays of sunlight, peering through the opened window almost gets me blind. I turn my face away from the window, to the other side where I'm sure there are no peeping sun rays before opening my eyes, but the sight before me hurts my eyes even more than the sun rays had done.

Alpha Nolan is sitting on a stool before my bed, looking down at me with a small smile on his face. I blink in surprise. I look left and right to make sure this isn’t a dream.
