Atlas’s POV

She stared back at me. Could she tell? Was she able to tell that Ryan and I had merged?

She won’t like it!

‘She will be fine!’ I tell him, after all, he had finally accepted his fate for what it was.

Ryan knew it, the moment Aria called for his help. He knew that I was his only option. We had been arguing anyway. After we had walked away from Jacob, Ryan demanded to know if it was real. If I really was a King of Lycans, like I had been sayng all along.

I wasn’t sure why he never believed me, not until Jacob told him anyway.

It wasn’t just that, Ryan for some reason couldn’t sense that Aria was in danger. I could. When she called for Ryan to help, he ignored it, mush to my annoyance.

He was certain that she was just being hormonal. I knew something was wrong and the moment I pushed forward, he gave up. Telling me the body is mine, that Aria was mine.

I zone back in and focus on Aria’s features.
