“Don’t you want to know about it? What you’ve always wanted to know all this while? Don’t you want to know about it now?” Sabrina questioned with a smirk at the corner of her lips.

Alston clenched his jaw as he stared at her, wondering if he should believe her or not. His eyes focusing on her at the same time with gritted teeth,

“And what would you know about it? Except you’re the killer, which I for some reason, won’t believe you.” Alston said, scanning her and every of her reactions.

“You have so much faith in me, your highness.” Sabrina retorted with a small smile.

“I was the one who poisoned them, not because I wished to, but because they deserved it.” She added, falling back to her butt as Alston stood there, shock evident on his face as he stared at her.

All this while, all this time, he had known his parents death wasn’t natural and someone had to be behind it, almost saying it with the priestess when the killer was right amongst them, sitting there and acting as their leader.
