Chapter 140

Back at the pack, in the night. Macey sits beside Omari, as they both enjoyed each other's company. They watched their son Bryan, as he played around the room with his toys.

Bryan wanted them both to join him in playing with his toys, but they sweetly persuaded him to play and have fun as he wished.

"We promise to join you tomorrow in playing all day. Your parents won't have much to do, my son," Macey said to her little son.

Bryan is excited that he keeps on playing with his toy continuously, saying, "Tomorrow, we'll have so much fun. I'll invite my friends too to join me in playing with you two." He smiles at them and resumes with his play.

Macey admired her son's cute and adorable face. She smiled and laid her head on Omari's shoulder.

Her husband noticed how stressed out she was. He wrapped his right arm around her and pulled her in closely for comfort.

"Is everything alright Macey? You don't look so good," He pointed out.
