17. You have to be the Luna

I hated that these people were slowly getting to me. I found myself considering what it would be to be the Luna of this pack that was so powerful. I was so close to accepting the idea but the constant reminder of what I’ve lost was what was stopping me. I needed to get my revenge.

I had gotten enough bed rest now so all my wounds were fully healed and I now looked like the Geneva I was familiar with. I plan to go in search of Lily today so we can spend the day together. Now that I am allowed to leave this room, I was going to take advantage of it. Besides, I needed to know the structure of the pack if I was going to escape this place.

I was planning to head out when there was a knock on the door. I didn’t need to ask who it was because his smell took over my senses and I had to stop myself from running to the door and yanking it open

“Come in” I called out and walked further into the room so we could be as far apart as possible. I needed to make sure my head was clear so I could thin
