Chapter 13

"Why did you call us?" I asked Daddy.

"Your brother called you, not me," answered Dad.

I sat at the table and saw that my brother was coming from the top of the mansion.

"What's wrong?" Ken asked.

"Oh, it's a miracle you're here, Aira," Meire said.

He just arrived home.

"I'm getting married."

We were all surprised by what my brother said, but not mommy and daddy.

"You know this, Dad?" Meire asked.

"Mommy?" he asked next.

Daddy just smiled, and Ken clapped his hands and stood up.

"Congratulations, brother," he said.

"Congratulations, Jan," she greeted her sister.

"Congratulations, bro," said Miere.

"Congratulations, brother." I simply greeted him.

"It's early greetings, but thank you. That's why I called you because I'm about to propose; it's possible that he won't say yes. I want you all to be there, and I'll have an engagement party after," he explained broadly.

"What if he doesn't answer yes? Your party will be a waste," said my sister.

"I have a strong feeling that he will say yes
