(Serena's POV)

I was feeding Isabella in the small apartment I had rented after losing our house when Lucas burst through the door without knocking.

"We got her," he said, his eyes wild with excitement. "We got Eleanor."

Elena, Jason, and Adrian looked up from the documents they were reviewing at the kitchen table.

"What do you mean?" I asked.

Lucas set his laptop on the counter and turned it toward us. "Remember that party? Remember how they humiliated you?"

I winced. I had been trying not to think about that night.

"Well, I planted listening devices in that mansion weeks ago," Lucas continued. "Hidden cameras too. I recorded everything."

"Lucas," Adrian said slowly, "please tell me you didn't break into the Blackwood mansion."

"I didn't break in," Lucas said with a grin. "I walked in. As part of the catering staff."
