CHAPTER 17: A LITTLE PART OF THEIR PAST

What the doctor said sounded like a bomb exploding in his ears. He almost runs over everyone he passes to go to the room where his mommy is. His entire being was almost crushed. There was so much pain and tightness in his chest that it was as if he couldn't breathe anymore.

He's out of control. He couldn't count how many nights he broke and destroyed something visible. Even his friends' things, such as cars, windows, doors, and even the gate. He was so devastated.

After his mother died, his father left him. And that's another pain to endure.

"Apollo? Are you okay?”

Apollo came back to the present and immediately pulled his hand away from Melody. He quickly turned around because he felt tears welling up in his eyes.

"Get out now," he ordered again.

"Nothing at all, thank you?" Melody asked in disbelief.

"I didn't ask for your help. So, why should I?" Apollo still turned away.

"At least be thankful that I helped you. But anyway, I know you won't thank me; I'm going out. Don't break thin
