"Lara, I'm not comfortable doing this," Tasya said. She met up with her inside the mall restroom that was also owned by Miguel. "Tell me first what's going on."

"I don't have much time, Tasya. Please, I'll explain when I get back," she replied, trying to make her understand.

She could have gone to another mall. But to avoid raising suspicion about her actions, she pretended to go shopping in their own mall.

"But I'm worried about you!"

Lara sighed. Her plan didn't seem easy. Though it was simple; she had asked Tasya to bring her clothes to change into so she could evade her guards. She needed to meet Stefano. And she couldn't let her husband know what she was planning. She was sure he wouldn't allow it.

She was nervous too. But she had to do something to protect Miguel. Stefano had given her conditions to leave her husband alone. Lara knew whatever conditions he had, they wouldn't be good. But she had to hear them first. And if she can give them, she will. For Miguel.
