I shivered as Hunter's fingers brushed against mine.

"Do you mind if I hold your hand?" Hunter leaned in and asked.

"Whoa...Mr. Stalker is asking for permission to hold my hand?" I feigned shock.

He gave me a toothy grin. "Hey, I am not that bad. I am actually a gentleman once you get to know me."

"Mhm, I hardly doubt that," I scoffed.

"So...can I?" he asked and looked at me with a hopeful expression.

"You may hold my hands. But only for thirty seconds," I declared.
