A marriage of alliance

Lucas heard a knock on his door, and he ordered the person to come in. He had sent for Elora to bring a document for him to sign, and when she entered she presented the documents to him.

“What took you so long? Ms. Elora," Lucas asked irritated as he took the documents from her, barely glancing at her.
