The alarm was buzzing boisterously, provoking me and I jerked up from my beauty sleep.

It was morning already, and the sunlight brighten every speck in the room.

I recklessly sat up on the bed, rubbing out the strands of hair that shrouded my face.

Then, I glower at the alarm clock which was situated on the nightstand as if it was the reason for my misfortune.

My belly suddenly growled, and I groaned in pain as I sailed out of the bed —the growling in my belly reminded me that I had skipped dinner last night.
