I called Allison and told her, "I will be late, love so do not wait up for me to get your beauty sleep, I am heading out with Thomas one of my associates," she replied, "Be careful, babe, see you when you get home later," and I hung up. In reality, I was going to be with Lissa, I made sure I had my ring on so she wouldn't feel the pain of my betrayal with Lissa. Lissa was a witch and she made the potions for me to keep suppressing Allison's memories and in return, I keep her satisfied. Lissa will do anything I ask because she loves me and she helping me will benefit her in the end. I will never let her be with that Fae King, I just need him to marry someone else and I have a friend on the council who is pushing for this as it benefits both of us. Once Cayden is no longer a threat to my ambition, I will be able
