Chapter 20: Thinking of you
Eileen took a deep breath and glanced at the mirror for one more time, she’s wearing the blue dress and the black high heels that she bought. Kevin knocks on the door asking her if she’s ready. She unlocked the door and breathed, she smiled and opened the door.
Kevin glanced at her and smiled, and continued talking to someone on the phone. Kevin offered his arm and assisted her going down the stairwell. Tony hugged her sister; they went to the garden to meet some guests.
“They’re here!” Alastair exclaimed in joy; seeing his granddaughter in a beautiful attire. “You look gorgeous, how are you?” She’s taken aback when the lady suddenly hugged her, she smiled trying to hide the uncomfortable feeling on her face.
