It was raining heavily. Everyone was standing under shelters but a person was walking in the rain.

Everyone was already shaking in cold. As it is already winter time and the rain makes the weather more cold. But it seems the person does not feel anything.

The person was walking slowly. In fact too slowly like the rain, the coldness does not matter to her.
