Author's POV

Someone said true that life is unpredictable. It has its own speed to go. It has its own color. Sometimes, it's become so hard and sometimes it becomes so easy. But always remember, life is what you make it. No matter what, you're going to mess up sometimes, it's a universal truth. But the good part is you get to decide how you're going to mess it up.

Eden looked at the sky through the glass window. Her eyes were watery. She was thinking about her parents. She was thinking what was her fault? Why do her parents hate her?

"Maybe I didn't deserve their love" Eden whispered still looking at the sky.

After knocking at the door for some time, Amelia opened the door slightly and entered in the room.

She saw Eden was standing in front of the window. She was lost in thoughts.

Amelia put the tray on a table and went towards her.

"Eden, dear" Amelia spoke up softly and put her hand on her shoulder.

Eden got startled and turned.

"Sorry, dear for startling you," Amelia said.
