24: The war of Love

"Bark again!" Samanvay snapped at his friend John when he told him about Manya leaving his house with Mrs Riki.

“You were with Lisa, I came to tell you. But she doesn't like to be disturbed when she is with you. So I waited until you come out."

The God of Hell roared inside him in pure rage. His eyes darkened, eyebrows furrowed and nostrils flared while lips set in a thin line. Samanvay slapped the desk in his home office so hard that the things on it faltered and jumped with the action. Some of the things on the table were knocked down on the floor. "Why didn't you stop her?"

John stood straight seeing Samanvay's angryself. He knew Samanvay was enraged but he was himself responsible for it, no one else.

John didn't answer for a moment but then he nodded curtly, "I asked her where she was going but she said that she doesn't find it important to inform me about it. And I didn't use other methods to stop her because she is your wife. I did not want to disrespect her."
