Chapter 489: The Deal

One week later, the contract between Spencer Group and Gerald Huge Construction, or GHC, was officially signed.

From then on, the Spencer Group, or SG, was represented by Killian Martino Spencer. While from GHC's side, of course, represented by Gerald, who Miguel and his people witnessed.

In the cooperation contract, one of the important points is that the Spencer Group or SG holds the largest share, around 45 per cent, in the construction company. GHC, on the other hand, only holds a 30 per cent stake, with the remainder held by individual investors.

Under the signed deal, the SG must inject $4.7b into the construction company to restore its financial difficulties and boost employer confidence.

The second important point agreed upon was the dispatch of 25 representatives from Spencer Group to occupy several important positions in the company. One of them was Afief or the money expert. He will control the circulation of money in the construction company.<
