Chapter 49: The Power of Two

“WHAT do you think?” Luther asked after we finished reading the content of the invitation card which Suzanna had brought for us earlier. It was Magnus Alvarez’s sixtieth birthday which will be held tomorrow night. And both of us were invited.

I looked up to Luther. “What about you? Do you want to go?”

My head was resting on his lap while I was lying on the carpet. Both of us were only wearing robes since we just finished taking a shower together.
