Jade’s pov

I took her arms, she leaned softly on me as we head up the stairs.

“Glad it wasn’t something serious.” I muttered.

Getting to her room, I helped her get her back laid on the bed gently.

“How are you feeling now?” I questioned.

“I’m feeling better.” She said and I placed a soft kiss on her forehead.

Shortly, there was a knock on the door. Braindon walked in, clutching a small bag in his hand.

“Hey.” I greeted but he ignored by saying, “I forgot to hand you the medicines.” Outstretching his hands which I conveyed the little bag.

“Thank you Braindon.” Gigi said in a low voice.

“You’re welcome, be strong Luna.” He said as he exit the room.

My heart froze at the spot, he has always been cold to me. My silly heart should have been used to it.

I picked up the medication, and as instructed she isn’t taking it now but later in the evening. That was relieving. My eyes was filled with tears so I had to excuse myself from her room.
