Anger surged through me when Kevin came back and relayed Alessia's message. I don't know what makes her think she can defy me, just because I was going easy on her lately. "What do you want me to do, Sir?" Kevin's question got my attention. I was seated at my desk with the desktop in front of me, monitoring everything that was going on in the house, including Alessia's room. I know it's invading her privacy, but I don't trust her enough. The woman is stubborn.
