Mia’s pov

I’ve been unable to stop smiling every few minutes because I’ve never felt this happy and free in a really long while. Lorenzo was setting out our food on the top of his car, and as I watched him work, I felt so many emotions blossoming in my heart.

It wasn’t ordinary, regular emotions.

It was love.

I was certainly in love with him at this point.

I wasn’t sure of how it had actually happened, but as I stare at him right now, I knew within my heart, that I had fallen in love with him. That thought made my heartbeat to quicken erratically and I tried to slow it down, reminding myself that there’s absolutely no need for me to start panicking unnecessarily right now.

Lorenzo glanced down at me and waved at the laid out food.

“It’s all set now.” He informed me and s grin stretched out on my face at once. I accepted his hand and he pulled me on top of the car at once.
