Chapter 33: Jealousy

Soon the car finally took a final turn which led it to stopping in front of a place,a place that Valerie called home. "We are here," Evander announced to everyone.

Valerie couldn't hide her smile from her face. She couldn't wait to see how her sister and mom were doing but on the other hand, her heart was beating really fast, she was worried thinking of how her sister and mom were managing without her. Beneath was dead and her mother is sick, Emma is still a kid, she isn't capable of anything.

"You have thirty minutes to see them" Martin's voice suddenly brought Valerie back to earth and she immediately looked at him.

He brought out a nylon of the packed take out food that he requested from grandma Riri earlier and passed it to her. "Let them eat too, I'm sure they would like it," he added.
