Chapter 16

Damian’s POV

I watched as she blabbed on and taking my concern out of context, I decided I was going to leave her to do whatever she wanted to. I kept watching as she drank her shots and how she’d even made it to that baffles me, I’d thought she’d pass out after the fifth, puffing my cigarette I took one more glance at her and I could tell that she was already drunk.

My eyes followed her till she got to the dance floor and I rolled my eyes when she started dancing and curling herself around the stranger that had probably invited her to dance.

“Hi handsome, can I buy you a drink?” I heard an unfamiliar voice say drawing my attention away from the crowd, I turned to look at her and giving her one of my flirtatious smile.

“Sure, why not.” I replied, monitoring Hazel with my side eye. Why was I worried about her when she isn’t even worried about herself? If she could throw herself at strangers then she would have no trouble taking care of herself.

She smiled and signaled to the attendant
