Chapter 1

My pillow was ten degrees askew from how I left it before leaving for work, and there were wet stains on the edges of the pink pillowcase.

I creased my brow, but I soon eased up quickly as I quietly straightened my pillow and threw that strand of short hair left in a corner into the bin before going to change in front of my full-length mirror.

When I only had my camisole left, I glanced at the teddy bear on my bed with the corner of my eye before picking up my pajamas and heading to the washroom.

This was the fourth day since I noticed that a stranger had been slipping into my house.

It started with signs of the doormat being flipped and the order of the shirts hanging in my wardrobe being changed.

To others, it was nothing much, but I easily noticed it because of my crippling OCD.

That was why I began to take notice of strangers around me, and I then noticed a particularly scrawny man.

Every day, he would tail me to work and follow me home after, using his baseball cap and face mask to blend into a crowd.

Most of the time, he wore a blue shirt with jeans, so the only distinctive feature I could note was his hands.

And they were a pair of beautiful hands—his skin was fair, chiseled to perfection, with even the veins on the back of his hand something exceedingly sexy.

It would look good if those hands danced all over my body, right?

As he lay on my bed and touched myself, was he dying to feel me and measure me against the length of his own fingers?

I closed my eyes, turned on the shower, and let the water splash all over my face and body, imagining that it was that beautiful pair of hands drifting over every inch of my skin.

Nonetheless, I sighed—the warm water just couldn't replace those hands.

After drying myself, I sighed again and reached for a pair of fresh panties from the drawer behind me… and felt something strange when I touched the fabric.

Soon, my nostrils picked up that faint, moist scent that was ever so familiar.

He was really growing even bolder.

I blinked and couldn't help laughing as I simply decided not to wear my panties, putting on only a sleeping gown and leaving the washroom.

The brown teddy bear was still sitting against the bed, its black beady eyes still staring fixedly at me.

I patted its little head and seemingly carelessly placed it flat on its back.

Then, I stood on my bed and over it.

A sudden breeze just happened to blow in from the window, lifting my dress and giving even a clearer view.

There seemed to be a brief red flash in the teddy bear's eyes, but I pretended not to notice as I stood on my toes, reaching for the cabinet nailed to the wall above.

I specifically picked a finger sleeve and smiled in satisfaction as I leaned against the headboard to start my show.

I placed the teddy bear back where it was sitting so that it still faced me.

Its black bead eyes looked so real just then, a pervert just like its owner who was watching behind the hidden camera.

But it was precisely the thought that a pervert was watching me that I felt a strange, wild excitement that was really driving me crazy.

I lived alone, and the walls were soundproof—I didn't have to notice being caught.

Even as the heat wave of pleasure washed over me, I took out my phone and put on my Bluetooth earphones, pretending as if I was watching porn when I was really tapping into a bug.

After all, there was no way he would expect me to bug my own trash when he gathered them, would he?

And just as I expected, I heard the man's voice.

That was especially the case on that day when Sonia used a finger sleeve on herself.Zac had seen everything with everything with that teddy bear.He yearned to claim her, to throttle her as hard as he could, so that her cheeks flushed and her eyes rolled up their sockets. With that in mind, he put his hands around her fair, thin neck. She was really so beautiful, and that slender, long neck was just flawless. He started to squeeze harder, but she only frowned and flushed, somehow not waking up.Zac breathed a sigh of relief and let go, kissing the neck he left reddened and lifted her blanket to study every inch of her.His eyes crazed and his visage worshipful, he leaned down and started licking his precious treasure. When she was completely wet, he lay beside her, content as he pulled her into his arms, nuzzling her hair and breathing in the delightful scent. It was special—intoxicating. In reality, Zac could stomach his alcohol, and the alcohol during dinner was actually w

There was a long silence, until I eventually looked up, meeting James' eyes."Let me tell you a story, officer."There was this happy family of four who always got along, until one day, the father was hurt and lost his legs, while the mother was diagnosed with uremia."The two sisters were still quite young, with the elder sister dropping out to work before she could even go to college."Given her age, her income wasn't exactly good, but there was no helping it—she had a sister still in school and her mother's medical bills to pay for. That was why she worked for years, carrying on with all kinds of work and barely sleeping for hours a day."Everyone felt relieved when the younger sister was about to graduate from college, but that was when a stalker started tailing the elder sister."When he slipped into her rented apartment and tried to force himself on her, she tried to run and inadvertently fell off the balcony."But the stalker was rich. He paid off people to fabricate evid

After the incident, the officers interrogated me many times as was their routine, and I would repeatedly state the facts of the case. And with the evidence they gathered, the truth was clear as day—the deceased had stalked a single woman, invaded her apartment, and attempted sexual assault. However, the almost-victim resisted and in the process accidentally killed the deceased. As such, it qualified as justified self-defense and was far away from premeditated murderer. There was just nothing suspicious at all—I had simply been in an excited state while my life was under threat, and I had merely retaliated without pressing the attack. And after I hurt Zac, the first thing I did was call both the emergency medical services and the police, which minimized any culpability for criminal wrongdoing.Just days after, I was released without any charges pressed against me, but I lost my job since I was gone for so long. The landlord had also annulled the rental agreement from his side, so

The young male officer had fire in his eyes, and there was a sharp edge in his voice. "Ms. Carter, you claimed that the deceased invaded your house and tried to assault you… and you pushed him by accident?"I held my arms, my whole body shuddering as my tears burst out instantly. "I-I didn't want to kill him… It was an accident, believe me! I was just trying to stop him!"Seeing me getting agitated, the officer snapped, "Pipe down, and stop hollering!"My clothes were clean, as I was sleeping naked and had changed to fresh clothes before the police came. But the bloodstains and cuts were clear under the fabric. There were also strangulation marks all over my neck, and my hair remained disheveled when I was brought to the police station.I stayed curled up on the chair, making myself look all the more pitiful. When the officer snapped at me, I turned paler. The female officer with him had enough and brought me a cup of warm water. "Here, drink this. We won't punish you as long a

"Oh!!!"I exclaimed in surprise as if I had just noticed someone behind me and stumbled backward.I then quickly turned, blinking my innocent eyes at Zac."Mr. Lopez! I never heard your footsteps… You really scared me!" I exclaimed before asking in curiosity, "Is there something in your pants? It was poking me."Zac gritted his teeth, the veins on his hand bulging as it took him a while to compose himself. "Might be my key. Sorry, I guess you were concentrating too hard on cooking.""It's so hot in here. Should I fan you?"He sounded calm, but I could see his neck flushing crimson, and I pouted. "Oh, you're so kind, Mr. Lopez. But it's alright—I'll be done soon."Over ten minutes later, a full course meal was waiting on the table, and Zac started wolfing it down.Soon, he was sweating all over from the stimulating diet, his eyes unfocused.I stood up and brought out a bottle of beer. "Would you like some? It's a special brew made by my brother-in-law. It's really good for your

He had a plastered leg, which must have been why he had gone missing for days. But he wasn't giving up on me, as he was willing to get close in broad daylight, instead of just missing me.With that in mind, I smiled and nodded. "Of course, I have plenty of time. I didn't know you were such a kind man, Mr. Lopez."Hearing my praise, Zac's pale cheeks flushed in embarrassment."I just can't help it. Poor creature…"Really?I would really have believed him if I hadn't caught him breaking a stray dog's legs with a plank before.Heaven knew what inhumane torture he subjected this cat to.Still, I nodded quietly, hiding the disgust in my eyes."Just hand it to me—I'll bring you back after the vet treats it."I held out my hand, my fingers brushing slowly and temptingly against his wrist.I only withdrew my hand after hearing his breath turn rushed, and I took the cat into my arms. "Let's go."Zac paused, but he soon breathed a sigh of relief as he quickly hid the obsession from h
