Reyna was startled at Alan's bite, Alan wore a smile on his face as he lay on his back. He loved the fact that he enjoyed this and left a mark on her neck.

“The council members would be impressed that she's my mate, and they would stop thinking about my validity to sit on the throne,” Alan muttered to himself knowing that the mark would be visible to everyone, no matter how hard she tried to conceal it.

“That was lovely” Reyna heaved up a deep sigh, and Alan reluctantly replied.
