I was being summoned by Ethan to his private chambers, to say I'm scared is an understatement, I was petrified. Why would Ethan summon me to his chambers by such an ungodly hour? I walked through the halls of the pack house. It was elegantly designed, its arches having different curves and designs crafted on it, indeed It was stunning.

Waves of pain hit me like a bullet hit to the heart, I choke on my spit as I scrunched over in pain holding the rails for support, tears threaten to fall as it tingles at the corners of my eyes.

The shuffling of bed sheets is heard, as the pound of footsteps moves in my direction, I look up to see Ethan right in front of me with a smirk on his face, I turn to the bed to see Hailey nowhere in sight, probably in the bathroom. I turn my gaze back to Ethan as he stares at me.

"Awwwn is little Elora sad?"

He said in a mock cooing voice, I tried to speak but my brain seemed to have a mind of its own as all words I could muster flew out the window the moment I attempted to speak, I could tell right now I looked like a gaping fish.

Tears involuntarily fell from my eyes, as my heart hurt from his words, slut.

I look down at my hands as tears flow freely down my cheek, a deep chuckle erupts beside me as Ethan laughs at my state, he seems to find it pleasing to see my cry.

The look on his face was murderous, I could bet if looks could kill, I would already be six feet under.

He said, his palm colliding with my cheek in the same spot which he had slapped before, my cheek throbbed at the contact, but I still held my ground, I gave him a poker stare as I let no emotion show on my face, he seemed angry at my defiance, no scratch that, he was furious at my defiance which led me to much greater pain.

He dragged me by my hair and pushed me to the floor, his hand gripping my clothes roughly, as he pulled them out, tearing them on the act, leaving my body bare with only my undergarments.

He kicked me hard to my midsection, and then my ribs, he repeated the act countless times, as I wheezed and gasped for air, the action halted for a moment, and I couldn't help myself but relax a little, but my muscles contracted the moment the whooshing sound of a whip went through the hair and landed on my bare back, I bit my lips in pain, drawing blood, I concentrated on the coppery taste in my mouth, as I willed myself not to scream and give pleasure to my monster of a mate.

My back stung at every contact it made with the whip, I was lying in a pool of my own blood.

Finally, he stopped, throwing the whip to the ground as it landed with a thud, he kicked me in the ribs again and I grunt in pain gasping for air.

He said loudly moving towards the bathroom door.

I felt my tense body relax a little as I inhale sharply relying on my wolf to heal me, as I know it would leave terrible scars later on.

Shutting my eyes, I finally welcomed the awaiting darkness.
