Luke's pov

When I went back home with my legs fully heal , I was blown off into series of council meetings and all , but my mind was still on Dominique. How can someone just appear and the next minute they disappear from the surface of earth .

Days later I went in search of the old woman that asked me to come back and ask her niece who would be coming around during the weekend. When I went in through the woods I was about entering into the house when I was halted by the scene before me .

Brain was trying to take her away , " what are you trying to do to my mate " .. they both looked at me ,one could see how pale she was and terrified of Brian .

" What are you doing on my land " he left her to come to meet me " I am here for my mate " " "what do you me by you are here for your mate" Brian asked me , "Dominique is my mate,.and I want you to get your hands off her right" .

But Dominique seems to have run right inside , I know waging war with Brian would be a stupid thing to do right no
