Now too engrossed with his girls, Eddison did not notice Alinta's presence until she cleared her throat. He looked at her with a dissatisfied look, at first he was annoyed that she was still there, but now having a closer look a new motive came to mind.

"Well well," he hummed then kissed the woman's bare shoulder on his lap, before gently motioning for her to get off so that he could stand up.

"So, my mate actually has the guts to confront me? You seem like quite the vixen now that I see you up close, but I could have sworn just moments ago you looked like a broken animal ready to flee."

He stepped intimidatingly close to her, allowing the bond to guide his movements. Angela and Alinta sighed at his presence. He was a captivating figure, with ash-blond hair and hazel, almond-shaped eyes. His bow-shaped lips were framed by light stubble, and his natural scent resembled a refreshing sea breeze. However, this aroma was nearly overwhelmed by the sickly smell of the other females who clung to him, their combined scents of sweat, perfume, and body odour overshadowing his allure.

"I thought of leaving, but seeing how these women were so glued to you I wanted to understand what the fuss is about," Angela said as she pretended to innocently readjust her dress to deliberately expose more cleavage then ran her a finger seductively down his chest. Sensual goosebumps and tingles erupted over Angela's hand and her mate's chest. "What makes them so attracted to you? Is it your charm, good looks or is it your status and money?"

Eddison instinctively leaned in towards Angela with now hungry eyes fixed on her. "I hope you are not disappointed?" he asked playfully as he wrapped his arm around her petite waist, pulling her towards him, and pressing her against his manliness. Angela felt butterflies erupt in her stomach and her body instinctively leaned against him. Eddison let out a pleased grunt and his grip tightened on Alinta as the bond was taking its course. Pleasurable sensations sparked between the two, something they never experienced before.

Angela looked at him with an unconvinced expression and said, "I was expecting something better, unfortunately." She playfully removed his hand from her and began to create some distance. However, he emitted a displeased guttural growl, grabbed her arm, and yanked her close to him, not wanting to lose the heavenly feeling he was experiencing. The perfect sensation for, fueling his sexual desires, a feeling he would never be able to compare with what he encountered in the past.

"Give the word, sweetheart," Eddison whispered, "and I can show you a wonderful time and grant your every wish." He leaned closer, his breath husky as he neared his face to hers.

Angela smiled, as she took hold of the side of his jaw, guiding his lips only just millimetres away from hers, making him firm his hold on her waist, becoming ravenous. She breathed in his face as she spoke she sensually stroked his wanting lips with her thumb, almost driving him insane.

"Alright, Eddison and Indigo Dives, I Angela Ull reject you."

Alinta nearly choked on her thoughts as the words left Angela's mouth. Eddison released her as he grabbed hold of his chest, snarling at the pain in his heart.

"You fucking bitch!" he screamed as he fell onto his knees.

"Technically your description of me is not entirely wrong arsehole," Angela giggled as she buttoned up her dress and tied her hair, refusing to allow the pain to show.

"How dare you pull such a stunt after I allowed you near me! I will fucking end you!" Eddison screamed. Security began to arrive and surrounded Alinta and Eddison. Bellinor was also present but hidden among the spectators as he carefully observed the situation.

"Damn, and I was under the impression it was women who can't make up their minds. I did you a favour buddy, I set you free so that you can continue your life unshackled as you poetically described," Angela said in a taunting tone while ignoring the people around her.

"How dare you allow me, but a taste of this divine feeling only to strip it away from me!"

"You don't deserve this blessing, and I only wanted to show you what you'd be missing out on whilst fucking those three eager barbies over there."

"As long as your wolf is still bound to us, you will never be completely immune to the bond, you will still want me," he said with a smug grin.

Angela imitated his facial expression. "I am her wolf arsehole, but thank you for the reminder!" she sang sweetly before closing and opening her eyes.

Alinta was back in control, she clutched her chest and said firmly, "I Alinta Ull reject you Eddison and Indigo Dives."

Eddison screamed and plummeted further to the ground, now holding the floor for support as Alinta and Angela severed their side of the bond. One of the women ran to him to offer him help. Alinta, held firmly onto her chest as the pain weakened her, but she still managed to stand on both feet. "Your turn, by the way my name is Alinta Ull and my wolf is Angela, in case you missed it. The sooner you do this the better, then you can return to your desperate little loose pleasure next to you," she said as she hid the discomfort from her face.

He looked at her with furious eyes, his mind scrambled from everything that had just happened. He felt hurt, confused, humiliated, and yearned for her all at once. "I refuse to do that, sweetheart. I will not let you have what you want so easily," he declared with a deadly smirk. Then he turned to a man standing nearby. "Gerard, restrain her at once and take my mate to the hotel. Where we can resolve this little dispute maturely."

The large man, who Alinta presumed to be his bodyguard began to approach her. She instinctively retreated, but knew she could not leave until she heard Eddison and his wolf reject her and Angela.

“I think it's best that you reject us and let Mr Gerard escort you and your three ladies back to your room. I don't want any of this crap here, ever!”

“Gerard! Stop dawdling; that is an order! She is my fated mate!” roared Eddison as he shoved the blond woman away from him while standing up.

Gerard silently approached Alinta, but Bellinor appeared suddenly in front of him, shielding her with surprising speed. "I'm afraid you can't do that, Mr. Dives. According to the law, once you have been rejected, you cannot claim your mate. Furthermore, you are in MY town, and I expect you to act civilly and rationally at this prestigious event," Belenore declared with a serious expression.

Turning to face Alinta, Bellinor extended his arm and cooed, "Come, my darling. Let's get you out of here." She hesitantly accepted his invitation, and together they walked away.

Draven stood upon the vast balcony of his castle. Half the forest had been cleared, granting him a perfect view of his stolen kingdom. More werewolves had been turned to mindless servants; most of the country now lay ensnared beneath his rule. Like a plague, his dominion spread, swift, subtle, so much so that the rest of the world had not yet noticed. But the animals had. They always did. And they knew he was preparing for war, to claim the lands beyond his borders.Though his conquering advanced smoothly, unease gnawed at him. For days now, a heavy, oppressive presence had lingered in the air, crawling across his nerves like frost.Adding to his restlessness were the three goals that remained out of reach. The first was Kyle. Draven knew he still lived, wandering and hiding. He had saved him for last, believing him to be the easiest to capture. Kyle’s spirit was essential: the Green Bellatores' gift was not raw strength, but endurance, rejuvenation and a rare communion with nature it

The following morning, the day began as usual: Adorus and Orion clashed in the arena, locked in one-on-one combat. Yet today, there was a notable change.Adorus was taken aback by how much Orion and Silas had improved. Their creativity shone through as they wove an elegant fighting style, interchanging forms, shifting to and fro to disorient their opponent. Silas moved with grace that demanded attention, like water, fluid as the Silver River, yet carried a presence as commanding and unyielding as the full moon’s gaze in a clear sky. Even so, it was not enough to make Adorus abandon his mortal guise.Orion, too, fought with newfound confidence. His body seemed to move on its own, as though guided by an ancient, hidden memory etched into his very bones. He closed his eyes, focusing on Alinta, on the pain and torment she had endured.Ever since Silas had marked Angela, more of his memories had surfaced, chiefly of how Bellinor loomed like a dark eclipse over Alinta's light, smothering hi

That evening, Adorus retreated to his little corner, not the slightest bit interested in anything around him, only gazing into the heavens with a serious, calculative expression.Orion, too, was preoccupied; he and Kyle were in deep conversation, speaking of how, once Alinta was saved and Draven defeated, the world might finally be safe again.Silas and Angela were nestled together, tending to his mate, ensuring she was well. He still could not believe she was finally free of her hex.“Yes, I am fine!” she giggled shyly each time Silas found an excuse to touch her with his nose and muzzle. He was happy to see his mate well; this was nothing short of a miracle.“You have been through so much, my love. Though you have healed, I must be certain not a single trace of that rotten magic remains within you,” he said gravely, then cheekily licked her cheek. Silas was overjoyed to see Angela as her old self.“Ow!”“What is it, my love?” Silas asked at once, concern sharpening his tone. Angela

In the heart of the vast desert, two men clashed in hand-to-hand combat within an arena carved entirely from stone. The blazing sun bore down on them, conditions in which Adorus thrived, while Orion struggled. Yet he did not dare give up.Four days had passed since Adorus had begun his training, but Orion remained weak, worn down by the continuous backlash, showing little progress. The Sun God’s patience waned, his attacks growing fiercer as he swung his fiery cane with effortless precision, one hand mockingly folded behind his back.Relentless, he broke Orion’s bones and battered him to a pulp each day, only to heal him afterwards. Now, his movements driven by irritation, Adorus aggressively struck Orion’s chest with a swift jab of his cane, hurling him from the arena. Orion crashed onto his back, the impact knocking the wind from his lungs, yet he forced himself back to his feet, despite the pain.“You are useless! To think I would ever allow you to become my daughter’s mate!” Adoru

Days turned into weeks and weeks into months since Orion and Silas returned to Silver Forest. Whispers among the animals spread like wildfire, rumours that Rose Thorn Forest and its surrounding territories had fallen under the grip of a malignant, powerful force.Word also spread of the Valencia Lupus Bellatores’ disappearance, a young girl of only fifteen.Orion held his head in his hands, silent tears slipping through his fingers… just like his mate, his hopes and the will to go on had slipped away. Silas remained quiet, listening to his broken person’s thoughts while curled protectively around Angela. They were in a pitiful state, hollowed by the repercussions of betrayal. Orion's fated mark was gone, lost beneath festering flesh. At first, Silas had shifted into his wolf form, hoping it would heal as normal scars would, but it was no use; no magic could mend a defiled holy bond. The rot spread instead, Orion’s chest and shoulder turning a sickly grey, as his health worsened each p

The new year had settled into its fourth month. Draven had just returned from his hunt, his mood soured by failure, unable to find Silas, and unsuccessful in locating the final Lupus Bellatores. He had abandoned the tower entirely and taken refuge in the territory of his ancestral home. There, he restored the ruins of the castle he had once lived during Crustblood's reign. Deep in the dark forests, he began to reclaim the surrounding land as his own. He was preparing for war.He effortlessly teleported to the master chambers where his prize was fast asleep. A woman dressed in period clothing as a chambermaid bowed before leaving the room. Alinta was free to roam the vast castle, but because of her delicate state, she spent most of her time either in bed or in the library.“Breathtaking, as always, my sleeping beauty,” Draven sighed in utter satisfaction, his anger almost instantly diminished at the sight of her.He grinned as he gazed upon his desire. She looked radiant and flawless,
