Personal assistant

Morning came faster than Anika excepted, but she was prepared because for the first time she woke up from bed early without the help of her phone alarm.

"It's the day!" Anika said excitedly as she jump off her bed and run straight to the bathroom to take her bath. She came out of the bathroom, and went straight to her wardrobe to find something to wear to her first day at work. "Oh no!" Anika said to herself in panic. "Why didn't I buy more than one dress, gosh!" Anika said in frustration. "What am I going to do now? I can't go to the dress store to buy any dress, they are not probably still close" Anika said and sit on her bed thinking about her dress situation.

"Should I call and ask Lily for help?" Anika ask herself. "No...no! what am I a kid? I can handle this myself" Anika boldly said to herself and immediately came up with an idea. She was going to wear the the same dress she wore to the job interview, bit she was going to wear a long sleeve jacket to cover the dress so that it wouldn't be noticeable by people who saw her wore it before.

Anika tried out her idea and the jacket fit perfectly with the dress, and gave her a whole new look.

"Okay! let's do this!" Anika said as she eats her breakfast and went out of her house to the company.

Anika arrived at the company looking energetic, beautiful and someone filled with positivity. But when she stepped into the company, she notice that all employees were looking at her with disgust and anger.

"It's just my first day and they are giving me that type of look? Sighed! Typical Americans" Anika said, and ignored them.

She quietly walks straight into the elevator, but the employees especially females still continue staring at her till she entered the elevator.

Anika entered into the elevator and immediately remembered the romantic moment she and Carlos shared in it yesterday. Anika found herself thinking about Carlos, his serious but handsome face and also he's red eyes.

"No no I can't be thinking of that weirdo" Anika said to herself as the elevator opens up and she quietly finds her way to the employment office to get her job position.

"Noc! Noc!" Anika nocks and open the door of the employment office. "Come in!" A woman voice boldly said to her from inside the office. "Good morning ma'am!" Anika greeted as she enter into the office , but didn't get any response from lady.

"Here's your office key. Your job position is written in this file" The employment woman throw the keys and file to Anika rudely, but thankfully she caught it. "An office key?" Anika asked herself, and continue standing thinking the lady has any other information for her.

"What are you waiting for!? You can get to work!" The woman shouted at Anika and she immediately walked out of her office.

"Will it kill this people to be nice?" Anika quietly ask herself after walking out of the office. "...What's even more work position?" She said and then opened the file.

"What?! Wow!" Anika screamed after a paper in the file showed her that she was offered the job as the personal assistant to the CEO of the company. "Damn! That's the one of the top positions in the company!" Anika shouted as she continues looking at the paper while she walks to the elevator.

Anika's office was stationed on the 50th floor, where the CEO of the company office is also stationed.

"I wondered how the CEO looks like?" Anika ask herself. "...I hope he or she is not like some of these people in this company." Anika said, and then the elevator doors opened on the 50th floor. She came out of the elevator and saw two office doors.

One for the CEO and the other one for the personal assistant to the CEO. The two positions were boldly written on the office door.

Anika walked directly to her office and was amazed of the space her office has. "Rin! Rin! Rin!" Anika office phone immediately began to ring, and as she answered it, a man's voice came out of the phone. "Report to my office now!" the man said and cut the call.

"Okay, sir" Anika replied him even though the call was already cut. "...So the CEO is a man after all" Anika said as she slowly walk to his office to see her new boss.

Anika got to her boss office door and paused. "Okay! Be cool Anika." She said to herself. "...Let's do this!" She said again and take a deep breath.

"COME IN!" A man's voice shouted to her from inside his office, as she was about to nock the door.

"Okay! Sir." Anika who was shock that her boss knew she was standing out his office answered him, and then slowly opened the door.

Anika entered the office and see beautiful Greek gods sculptures positioned all over the place. They were also ancient art drawing of Dracula and wars. The office was also five times larger than her room, and have a open glass view, which you can see the entire city from.

"I am here sir!" Anika said, as she turn to the office deck in the office. She didn't see her boss face at first because he was facing the glass view in his office while sitting down on his chair.

"....so tell me do you like the work position i gave you?" The man asked Anika as he turned his chair around and smiled.

"No...no...no... How is possible?" Anika freak out immediately she saw Carlos. "Are you going to stand there? Ain't you suppose to greet to your boss?" Carlos ask Anika while still smiling. "Go...good morning sir" Anika stammered. "That's much better, but please call me Carlos" Carlos replied her. "Okay sir... sorry Carlos." She corrected herself.

"....Now as my personal assistant you will be in charge of all my personal needs, business deals and calls" Carlos tells Anika. "I know I have to take care of business deals and all that, but what do you mean that I will be in charge of your personal needs?" Anika asked Carlos. "You know, bring me coffee every morning, call me your favorite CEO, and also give me a good morning kiss" Carlos cheesy said as he walk closer to Anika .

"Ha ha ha! Real funny!" Anika replied Carlos and then give him a look of disgust. "...So can I go to my office now and start working?" Anika who desperately wants to leave his office ask. "Sure you can leave, but you have to give me my morning kiss first" Carlos demanded. "Why should I do that? You have a girlfriend and beside you are definitely not my type." Anika came clean to him. "...Am not your type? don't worry I will be your type soon" Carlos said and then slowly touch Anika's hair like a true creep.

"....Sir please tell me why are you always wearing dark shades and your hands are always cold" Anika step back away from him, and asked, knowing he will try to avoid the question. "That's my business." Carlos said . "You can go now!" Carlos shouted and Anika immediately left the office. "I guess he don't like when people ask that" Anika said and looked back as she walk out of the office.

"So, is this man really a vampire?...nah!" Anika came to a conclusion as she walk into her office.

"This really fits me." Anika excitedly said to herself after sitting down on her new office chair. "Wait can it...?" Anika who was really excited for getting the job ask herself, and then played with her chair by turning it round with her body like a merry-go-round. "Wooo!.... Damn this chair can spin." She shouted as she plays with her office chair, and raising her hands up like a child riding a merry-go -round. "Wooo! Today is the best day of my life." Anika shouted again as she continues spinning her chair. "Wait! I have to call Lily and tell her the good news." She said and then stop playing.
