Of course, it did not mean that none of them was James' style.

After she had visited all three rooms, she discovered that the bedding in one of those rooms was exactly in James' style.

Could James have wanted to keep a room for himself there?

If she had not known that he was driving, she would have called him.

Fortunately, one of the other two rooms was set up in a girl’s style while the other had a cartoonish design. The former was suitable for her while the latter was perfect for Xander. It was rather good that way and she was very satisfied.

There were times when James really did have an eye for detail.

All that was missing were some little decorations for the apartment. She wanted to buy it herself, and even though the child is not her own, she treated him as such from the very moment she knew that Honey was dead.

After tidying up the bedding, Xander had already slipped on his little slippers and came out. "Young Aunt, go and have your bath. I’ll be going to bed."
