After changing Anna into pajamas, Andrew stood at the bedroom doorway, inquiring, "How is she? If she sweats, adjust the air conditioner to a cooler setting."

The housekeeper emerged, gently closing the bedroom door behind her. "She hasn't sweated, but I think she might be hungry; I heard her stomach rumbling."

Andrew paused, and the housekeeper suggested with a smile, "Shall I prepare something for the young lady to eat?"

"No, your work here is done," he replied.

After gathering her belongings and slipping her shoe covers into her bag, the housekeeper departed.

Andrew softly turned the handle of the bedroom door, entering. The curtains were drawn, dimming the room's light. The girl was still deeply asleep. Standing by the bed, he observed her peaceful sleeping face. She was a delicate girl, with soft features and attractive lips, reminiscent of a juicy peach, their sweet scent almost tangible in his imagination.
