The day dawned, and I went for my usual morning walk. I met Caroline halfway, and she began accompanying me to make me feel comfortable.

"Why are there guards at every exit?" she asked curiously.

"I'm a prisoner here. I tried to kill Tyler in one of our fights, so he's trying to be cautious," I shrugged, not caring, and kept walking.

"Why are you still alive?" she widened her eyes in surprise.

"I'm pregnant with his child. If it weren't for that, I'd be six feet under somewhere unknown, and probably no one would find my body," I laughed with my sarcastic comment.
