The days passed, weeks passed, and months passed, Nasreen became heavy with pregnancy. She looked at her ripened figure in the mirror, the touched her high chubby cheekbones, she had grown from every where even her nose. She was always complaining to Irfan that the nose won't go back to its normal size. Irfan always told her she looked even more beautiful.

That was why her sisters and husband decided to throw her a surprise baby shower. Coupled with it was their one year anniversary, one year of different trials and tests one year of knowing and loving each other, one year of patience, one year of commitment. Just the beginning of forever.
