Edmon's POV

"Alpha, I just received a letter from Alpha Felix Blue Moon Pack. Beta Taylor gave it to me," said Elder Smith in my pack.

He handed me a golden envelope with a blue stamp of the Blue Moon Pack.

"A coming-of-age party for Alpha Felix and Luna Yelena's daughter?" I asked Elder Smith.

The middle-aged man nodded with a smile as I tried to remember what the letter had to do with me.

"Am I forgetting something? And how important is it that I attend this invitation?" I asked again just to be sure.

Elder Smith sighed, "Of course, Alpha, you seem to have forgotten that there was an arranged marriage between you and the daughter of the Alpha Blue Moon Pack. You will married their daughter when she came of age."

Then I remembered precisely ten years ago when I was just a fourteen-years-old teenager. My father took me to the Blue Moon Pack on the pretext of inter-pack cooperation within the same Alliance.

#Flashback ten years ago in Blue Moon House Pack

While I accompanied my father to talk to Alpha Felix, I overheard them discussing a match that would be in the pack's best interest.

I felt a little annoyed, how could my father arrange my mate even at my age, which was far from marriage, when their agreement was that the marriage would take place when my mate and I reached adulthood?

"Dad, can I walk around this house pack?" I asked my father.

I just make an excuse to get away from them since their conversation really bores me

Fortunately, my father immediately agreed. I then walked to a large field filled with sheep being tended by several members of the Blue Moon pack.

However, my eyes were not only focused on that, something made me unable to turned my eyes away. I saw a little girl who was probably about eight years old, and she was so beautiful and cheerful.

The girl was running after the sheep, laughing softly. I was amazed to see her even though she was just a little girl.

"She will be even more beautiful when she grows up. She's so lovely. What's her name? Should I approach her to get to know her?" I muttered to myself.

I started approaching the girl, but suddenly, my father called me and said it was time to go home.

When I looked back at the girl after looking at my father, the girl was no longer there. It's very annoying.

"Why are you seem annoyed by my call?" asked my father.

I snorted, "You just ruined the beautiful view I was looking at," I replied.

My father laughed, "This is just the Blue Moon pack's sheep farm, Edmon. How is it different from our pack's?"

"It's not that, Dad! I saw a very pretty little girl," I replied again.

My father smiled and invited me to return to the car after we said goodbye to Alpha Felix and Luna Yelena.

"Looks like you just saw Alpha Felix's daughter," said my father.

We were both in the car on the way home.

"Is this the girl I will be set up with?" I asked excitedly, and my father just nodded.

I immediately felt a rush of happiness, and I couldn't wait to grow up and see this girl grow even more. I could see it in her hazel eyes, which were also very beautiful.

***

After recalling the memory of ten years ago, I asked Elder Smith to send a reply letter that I would attend the coming-of-age ceremony.

"Yes, Alpha! You just be pleased with this invitation," Elder Smith replied.

"Of course, Elder! I will soon marry the girl of my dreams," I told him.

If only my parents were alive, I would share this happy news with them. Where the arranged marriage they had agreed upon in the past would soon take place.

The next day, I returned to my duties in the house pack. Although I couldn't wait until the day after tomorrow to attend the Blue Moon Pack celebration, I had to be focused on my current duty first.

Suddenly, my office was visited by a Beta, a Delta, and a Warrior.

"Sorry, Alpha, we're interrupting your time! We have something important to discuss," said Beta Taylor.

I invited the three of them to sit on the sofa while I asked an Omega to bring some drinks to my room.

"I heard about our scout who was scouring the Białowieża forest area. He was attacked by a wolf pack from a mysterious pack, and two warriors who were with him were killed," said one of the warriors who was in my room.

"And how is our scout now?" I asked, trying to keep them calm so they wouldn't panic.

"Fortunately, he managed to escape with the remaining two warriors and a guard," he replied.

"Let's put it this way, please contact the scout and temporarily halt the plan to expand in the region. Let them return to this pack first for the sake of their lives. Let's strategize again on how to deal with the situation and conditions in this kind of problem," I told them.

They nodded, but Beta Taylor asked permission to speak again.

"Do you think we should stop to expand our territory? It's dangerous out there. Lately, there are a lot of wolf packs with mysterious and unpredictable movements. I even heard that they started to dare to show their true form to humans and attack them," Beta Taylor explained.

"That's right, Alpha Edmon, there's even news of them attacking humans in the city, the issue of wolf packs is currently being discussed in the city," said a Delta.

I nodded as I tried to digest the information I had just heard from them.

"Beta, Delta, we don't need to stop our plan. Instead, we should fight the mysterious herds. We need to organize a more mature strategy, if necessary, we have to defeat them to make this land safe again, and the rumors about us being dangerous to humans can be reduced," I said to them.

They agreed with my words.

"You are indeed a very clever and wise Alpha," Delta said again.

"Well, you are right, Delta! Besides being handsome, our Alpha is also authoritative and full of tactics in his mind, talking about a problem with him always ends with a solution," Beta Taylor praised me.

"Ah, you guys are praising me too much. I want to do my best for this pack, and isn't that what an Alpha should do?" I asked them, and they nodded in response.

"Our future Luna must be so lucky to have a husband like you!" said one of them.

Beta Gerald said to me after the ashes were scattered.I rubbed Beta Gerald's shoulder and smiled, "He was a very devoted and loving son to his parents. There's nothing wrong with wanting to do your best. Thanks to your upbringing, Nicholas has become like a brother and best friend to me.""Nicholas was never wrong to choose you, I should have realized that earlier and made his life happy. I didn't expect his life to be so short," Beta Gerald said, crying again. I tried to calm him down.I remembered the beautiful childhood with Nicholas, the adolescence and adulthood that became more memorable. His silly behavior and laughter will always remain in my mind. This time, I couldn't lean on his shoulder to relieve my tiredness and sadness. It was too pai

The joy of reading Alpha Edmon's message had instantly turned to sadness.Without thinking, I immediately ran to Nicholas' house. I wanted to make sure he was okay. I was so unwilling to lose him, he was half of my life even though he was not the partner I wanted.Sure enough, the moment I arrived at Nicholas' residence. Beta Gerald was crying hysterically and Nicho's body was being tended to by some healers. My body fainted, I hadn't even had a chance to thank him for his kindness all this time. Even last night, I seemed to be making a face at him. Perhaps last night was the last time I saw Nicholas smile happily. I couldn't stop myself from crying.

  • True Mate For The Swapped Daughter   Me and Nichola's Engagement

Dasha's POV The next day. After the drama that happened yesterday. Rachel finally received her father's punishment. She was exiled to a house of contemplation near the edge of a lake not far from the pack house.Meanwhile afterward the atmosphere returned to normal, the activities in the house pack went on as usual. However, I saw from my bedroom window that Mother was often sitting silently on the balcony of her room, I knew she was saddened by Rachel's behavior and certainly pitying.“Helen, do you think I should comfort mom right now?” I asked the wolf in me suddenly as I looked into the mirror.“I think so too, it could be time for you to earn your mother's trust back, Dasha.” “All right. But Helen, I want to ask you again. Do you think there is still a chance for me to get back together with Alpha Edmon?” I asked the wolf in me.“Didn't your Dad disagree, especially now that he hates and cut off cooperation with the Nightfall pack last night.”“But Helen, I'm basically free to

  • True Mate For The Swapped Daughter   I Get Punishment

Rachel's POV "Alpha Edmon, I'm going to make you regret making me so painful and rejecting me!" I scolded the man who was no longer my husband.I groaned in pain in front of my parents and the members of the Blue Moon Pack. Including the one person who was probably happy to see my suffering this time, Dasha. The problem was that the man had just taken Dasha somewhere, but not long after, Dasha returned to my presence."How could you, Dasha. Are you happy enough to see my suffering?" I asked.Dasha just looked at me sharply, as if she now dared to defend herself."I felt sorry for you from the beginning. Because you should be happy with all the life in the Blue Moon Pack. I don't want us to be swapped, I apologize for the mistakes Victoria and Jacob, my parents made," Dasha said."You know that, but why don't you just let me be happy and enjoy my current life, huh?" I snapped at her."Honestly, Rachel. I don't care about the luxurious life in the Blue Moon Pack. What made me sick in t

  • True Mate For The Swapped Daughter   I'm Willing To Fight To Get Her

Alpha Edmon's POVI smiled at Dasha, whose figure now looked braver and less weak.“You've always been the best in my eyes, Dasha.” I muttered to myself.Despite the fact that with everything that happened, I was really frantic when Rachel and Dasha were arguing with each other. Although I trusted Dasha, my heart was sure that she couldn't possibly have any ill intentions towards my household.I then made a final decision that I would indeed reject Rachel. Her mistake could no longer be tolerated. “I can't live with a broken woman,” I spoke to the wolf in me.I also took a deep breath, after silently listening to the arguments of the people before me right now.“Enough! There's nothing to argue about anymore. Because I believe in Dasha more,” I said out loud. It didn't matter what people thought of me for believing in her more than I believed in my own wife. What I say is what I believe. Rachel looked at me with an annoyed and disappointed look on her face, but I ignored her.“What i

  • True Mate For The Swapped Daughter   Don't Be Weak Anymore

Dasha's POV"Of course I have proof, you won't be able to keep evading and maintaining your lies, Rachel!" I said.I was trying to do everything I could to stop Rachel from winning her goal. She had been caught lying, but she was still doing all kinds of things to deny it. She was so smart and cunning, it took a lot to bring her down secretly.Don't let what I'm trying to do to show the truth be defeated by her cunning ways. I racked my brain, if Rachel could deny, I couldn't lose.Nicholas looked at me convinced. The next day, after last night, Father asked us all to pause the matter at hand and told us to rest and discuss it the next day."You should have let us unpack everything last night," I said to Nicholas."No Dasha, last night the situation and conditions escalated. It's better this way, so we have time to strategize how to unpack everything in the right way."I sighed and said, "What else am I going to use to bring Rachel down, Nicholas? She seems like a tough one," I asked
