No and yes are two two short words which need a long thought.

I was still thinking about the proposal that Mr senior Knight had given me. 

Did I do the correct thing by saying yes?

 It looked like I was standing in between the devil and the deep sea.

 If declined, I will lose my mother's bakery 

If accepted,  I will be bound to a loveless marriage. A man I never met.. 

Without thinking further, I choose to save my mother's bakery. Bakery my mother adores the most. 

Shaking off my thoughts I cutted the vegetables for dinner and was about to go inside the kitchen but suddenly there was a knock on a door. 

Turning around, I opened the gate and found a man, wearing bodyguard clothes, standing on the gate looking at the front.
